How do I register?

To register for Fibroniks on the Go? Simply follow the steps below:

On the myZOL website,

  1. Login at myZOL.co.zw.
    NOTE: If you do not already have a myZOL account, see How do I register to myZOL? for steps on how to setup one up.
  2. Click on Shop > Fibroniks on the Go.
  3. Click the ADD A USER button. If you have a service that supports Fibroniks on the Go, you will be taken to a form page.
  4. Fill in the form and click the SAVE button to confirm. myZOL will create your Wi-Fi login username and password, then send the to the email address you entered in the form.
    NOTE: If you'd like to set your own Wi-Fi login username and password, click the Choose your own Wi-Fi login link, then enter them in the 2 text fields that appear.
  5. You have have successfully completed registration to Fibroniks on the Go.
    NOTE: See How do I get connected? for steps on how to get connected using Fibroniks on the go.

On your myZOL mobile app,

  1. Login to the myZOL app.
    NOTE: If you do not already have a myZOL account, see How do I register to myZOL? for steps on how to setup one up.
  2. Go to HomeFibroniks on the go.
    OR
    Go to My AccountFibroniks on the go.
  3. Click the + button. If you have a service that supports Fibroniks on the Go, you will be taken to a form page.
  4. Fill in the form and click the tick button (✓) to confirm. myZOL will create your Wi-Fi login username and password, then send the to the email address you entered in the form.
    NOTE: If you'd like to set your own Wi-Fi login username and password, click the Choose your own Wi-Fi login link, then enter them in the 2 text fields that appear.
  5. You have have successfully completed registration to Fibroniks on the Go.
    NOTE: See How do I get connected? for steps on how to get connected using Fibroniks on the go.

You can now login to AfricaHub using the Wi-Fi login username and password.

Since this registration process is a once-off requirement, there will not be any need to go to myZOL to get connected the next time the user gets to a Liquid/ZOL Wi-Fi zone.

***You do not pay. Fibroniks on the Go taps into the home internet of the Account Owner so their home data will be declining in line with the data used from Liquid/ZOL Wi-Fi zones.

How do I edit my user details?

To change a Fibroniks on the Go users' details? Simply follow the steps below:

On the myZOL website,

  1. Login at myZOL.co.zw.
  2. Click on Shop > Fibroniks on the Go.
  3. Click the Edit button next to the user you would like to update.
  4. Update the form details and click the SAVE button to confirm.
    NOTE: You can also Edit as well as Delete one or all devices associated with this user (i.e. devices that have login using this user's Wi-Fi login credentials).

On your myZOL mobile app,

  1. Login to the myZOL app.
  2. Go to HomeFibroniks on the go.
    OR
    Go to My AccountFibroniks on the go.
  3. Select the user you would like to update from the list.
  4. Update the form details and click the SAVE button to confirm.
    NOTE: You can also Edit as well as Delete one or all devices associated with this user (i.e. devices that have login using this user's Wi-Fi login credentials).

How do I get connected?

To get connected as Fibroniks on the Go user, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to any Liquid/ZOL Wi-Fi zone and connect to the AfricaHub Secure Passpoint SSID.
  2. Login with the Wi-Fi login username and password sent to you after registering as a user for Fibroniks on the go.
    NOTE: See How do I register? for steps on how to register for Fibroniks on the go.

Since this registration process is a once-off requirement, there will not be any need to go to myZOL to get connected the next time the user gets to a Liquid/ZOL Wi-Fi zone.

***You do not pay. Fibroniks on the Go taps into the home internet of the Account Owner so their home data will be declining in line with the data used from ZOLspots.
