USSD - Unstructured Supplementary Service Data is a service that allows Liquid Home customers to execute various instructions such as checking balance, paying bills, and buying data using a mobile phone without the need for a data connection. All you need to do is dial *656#.

# Do I require a smart phone to use the USSD?

No. Any mobile phone can be used to access the USSD service.

# Can I dial the USSD from any network?

No. Currently only Econet subscribers can enjoy this service now at the moment.

# What functionalities can I access with the USSD option?

Liquid Home bill payment / data purchase.
Balance enquiry.
Mini statement.
myLiquid Home password reset.

# How do I register?

On your mobile phone,

Simply Dial *656# using your ZOL registered mobile number.
Enter your LIT-ID.
Enter PIN and confirm registration.

# How do I login?

On your mobile phone,

Dial *656#.
Enter PIN.
Follow the prompts.

# How do I change my USSD PIN?

Simply follow these easy steps:

On your mobile phone,

Dial *656#.
Enter PIN.
Select Option 4 – Admin.
Press 1 – USSD.
Press 1 – Change Pin.
Follow the prompts.

# How do I ensure that my USSD service is secure?

Never disclose your PIN to anyone. If you suspect any fraudulent activity immediately change your pin.

# If my registered mobile number changes, how do I update my details?

Simply follow these easy steps:

On your mobile phone,

Visit zw.myLiquidHome.tech.
Login.
My Account.
Select My Profile.
Update new phone number.
Deregister the old number.
Once updated proceed to register for USSD with your new number.

# Can I register using more than one number?

No. Only one number can be used to register for a single account.
