Steps on how to change your frequency in preparation for LTE maintenance:

On the myLiquid Home website,

  1. Connect to your Network through WiFi or ethernet cable to the indoor router.
  2.  
  3. Open your usual internet Browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
  4. Type in https://192.168.1.1 as shown in the image below (NB: put the https:// as shown).

  5. You will be re-directed to a page where you must click “Advanced” then click the statement “Proceed to 192.168.1.1 (unsafe)” as shown in the image below.

  6. When the Liquid Home page appears, login with:
    username: user
    password: 1L0V3Z0LLT3

  7. View the options to the left then click Network, then click Scan Mode to make the changes.
    Scan Mode ○ Set the Scan Mode to Band/Frequency/Preferred
    ○ Select Band/Frequency Preferred to 40
    ○ Click on Add List and add EARFCN 39390, 39462,39570

  8. After all the three EARFCNs have been added, click Submit.
  9. View the menu options to your left, click LTE Settingsto check connection status. Status should show connected as below:

Steps on how to change your frequency in preparation for LTE maintenance:

On the myLiquid Home website,

  1. Connect to your Network through WiFi or ethernet cable to the indoor router.
  2. Open your usual internet Browser (Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
  3. Type in https://192.168.15.1 in URL/Address Bar and press enter. (NB: do not select any “suggested results” from the browser. These usually take you to a different site).

  4. On the login page that appears, put in:
    username: admin
    password: admin

  5. Select the first box indicated top left as Mobile Network/LTE.

  6. Click on Technology, then select LTE.
    ○ Go to Scan Mode option and select Dedicated EARFCN List.
    ○ On the table below, select Band 40 and add 39390,39462,39570 DL EARFCN.
    ○ Click Apply.

  7. Click on Status on the Menu Options to your left to check connection.
